Dr. Yamuna Rajasekhar is the Director of Content, Authoring, Assessments, and Research at zyBooks. She works across disciplines on research strategy, authoring pedagogy and training, and content development for CS and IT. Prior to joining zyBooks, Yamuna was an assistant professor of Computer Engineering at Miami University, where her research was focused on assistive technology with embedded systems, and engineering education. Her interest in engineering education began when she built a remote laboratory facility for using a cluster of FPGAs as part of her graduate research. Yamuna is passionate about STEM education, leads Girls Who Code workshops and works with different programs that help mentor high school students who want to pursue a career in tech.
